Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Lease Comps section in your property form
Click the “Add Lease Comp” button — a popup will appear
Fill in the key details:
Tenant Name (optional)
Property Name
Location (Address, City, State)
Lease Rate (e.g., $/SF/year)
Lease Type (e.g., NNN, Gross)
Lease Term (start and end date or total years)
Square Footage
Upload an image (optional)
Notes (to provide market context or deal insights)
Click Save to add the lease comp to the table
To reorder comps, drag and drop them using the dots icon on the left
The order set here is how they’ll appear in your final Offering Memorandum
