Selling Points

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Selling Points section in your property form
   

2. To add a new point, click the “Add Point” button
   

   • Enter a headline and a brief description
     

3. You can add up to four selling points
   
   

4. To reorder your selling points, drag and drop them into the desired position

   ? The order you choose is how they will appear on the front cover of your Offering Memorandum

   
   

5. To generate content with AI:

   • Click the AI Assist button
     

   • Enter up to 4 quick reasons why the property stands out, and AI Assist would generate 4 strong selling points with heading and description based on your input.
     

   • Use AI prompts like “Make it shorter,” “Simplify,” or “Make it professional”
     

   • Click Insert to use the generated output
     
     

✅ Selling points are prominently displayed — focus on what makes the property attractive to investors or buyers.
