Upload a CoStar Full Underwriting Report

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Upload step in your property form
   
   
   
2. Click on the CoStar Upload tab
   
   
   
3. Click the “+” button or drag and drop your CoStar PDF into the upload area
   
   
   
4. The upload will start automatically  
5. You can continue editing other sections while the file uploads  
6. Once processing is complete, extracted data will automatically populate relavnt fields within the property form

✅ Uploading a CoStar report is optional — you can always enter data manually.
