Upload an Underwriting Report

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Go to the Upload step in your property form

  2. Click the Underwriting tab


  3. Click the link to open the Google Sheet underwriting template

  4. Make a copy of the sheet to start editing

    ? Only fill in the cells with a yellow background — other fields auto-calculate

  5. Complete all relevant sections:

    • General Info

    • Loans & Debt Service

    • Underwriting (Income & Expenses)

    • Rent Roll

  6. Once done, go to File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv)


  7. Return to the platform and upload the downloaded CSV file


  8. The system will extract your data and auto-populate sections like:

    • Income Summary

    • Expenses

    • Loans

    • Rent Roll

    • Cash Flow Analysis

✅ Make sure all required data is filled in — incomplete or misformated files may not process correctly.
