Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Upload step in your property form
Click the Underwriting tab
Click the link to open the Google Sheet underwriting template
Make a copy of the sheet to start editing
? Only fill in the cells with a yellow background — other fields auto-calculate
Complete all relevant sections:
General Info
Loans & Debt Service
Underwriting (Income & Expenses)
Rent Roll
Once done, go to File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv)
Return to the platform and upload the downloaded CSV file
The system will extract your data and auto-populate sections like:
Income Summary
Expenses
Loans
Rent Roll
Cash Flow Analysis
✅ Make sure all required data is filled in — incomplete or misformated files may not process correctly.
