Location Summary

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Location Summary section in your property form
   

2. Choose how you'd like to create the summary:

   • Click “Manual” to write your own

   • Or click “AI Assist” to generate one based on your location data

3. If using AI Assist:

   • A sidebar will open with a pre-generated summary

   • Use prompts like “Make it shorter,” “Simplify,” “Make it professional”, or “Make it friendly” to fine-tune the tone
     

   • Click “Insert” to apply the summary to your form
     

4. Review and edit as needed to align with your message

✅ The location summary gives buyers and investors important context about the property's surroundings, access, and market relevance.
